The idea of the project is to buy properties and add value to those properties by building swimming pools or buildings. The investor will provide funds needed to buy properties and also the construction expenses for the swimming pool and also houses on empty lands. The property will then be sold more then its purchased value and the investor will receive 75% of the profits.

Case 1 eg: House cost $250, 000 FJD with no swimming pool. A quotation of the swimming pool from a trusted muslim contractor will be requested and given to you. After the completion of the swimming pool, the property will then be valued by a professional land surveyor and then the report will be given to you. 80% of the profits made from that property will be given to you while the 20% remaining will be for me. Eg if the property that we bought for $250, 000 FJD is sold for about $325, 000 FJD, then $310, 000 FJD will go to you and $15, 000.00FJD towards me.
